9 nights of magic and fireworks: Global Village Dubai announces Eid Al-Fitr 2025 celebrations
Unique shopping experiences and dining options await visitors this holiday season
DUBAI: Global Village, the region's premier multicultural family destination for entertainment, dining, shopping, and attractions, is set to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr with a spectacular line-up of activities and experiences as part of the #EidInDubai emirate-wide campaign.
From 28 March to 6 April, Global Village will transform into a vibrant hub of happiness, featuring spectacular Eid-themed highlights, immersive activities, and dazzling entertainment that brings friends and families together to share special moments.
Besides Dubai residents visiting the destination, many regional and international tourists are expected to visit Global Village at this very special time of the year. The destination's extended operating hours during Eid days (1 to 3 Shawwal) are 4:00PM to 1:00AM.
Themed decorations
Global Village will feature beautiful Eid decorations throughout the park, showcasing the spirit of the occasion and creating a wonderful setting for guests.
A major highlight of the celebrations will be the breathtaking 9 nights of Eid fireworks displays, taking place daily from Friday, 28 March, to Saturday, 5 April 2025. The spectacles will light up the sky at 10:00 PM during Ramadan nights and return to their regular 9:00 PM timing starting from the first day of Eid. The ongoing fireworks displays are set to create a remarkable visual experience for all and are among the longest consecutive fireworks shows of Season 29.
Multaqa Global Village
For a truly unique, community-driven Eid experience, Multaqa Global Village, which debuted during Ramadan 2025, will continue to welcome guests throughout Eid, offering a special space for connection, shared moments, and festive joy.
This free-of-charge, open-air majlis-style setting provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where families and friends can socialise, share meals, and enjoy nostalgic traditional games, all while embracing the spirit of togetherness that defines Eid. It is a haven for cultural exchange and celebration, making it an essential part of the Global Village experience during this joyous season.
Eid shopping
As the ultimate shopping destination for Eid, Global Village offers an extensive range of occasion-related products across 30 pavilions, representing over 90 cultures. Guests can explore a wealth of unique items, including traditional attire, modern clothing, beautifully crafted Eid decorations, and handcrafted souvenirs from around the world. Beyond clothing and gifts, guests can find traditional incense and a variety of delicious food and beverages throughout the park.
The UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Yemen, Egypt, Syria, Morocco, Pakistan, and Turkiye pavilions, among others, stand out with a curated selection of Eid-themed products, providing guests an enriching shopping experience that captures the celebration of Eid. Each pavilion presents its own unique flavour of the festival, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the diverse cultures represented at Global Village.
Eid adventure awaits
Global Village invites guests to enjoy Carnaval®, its premier entertainment venue for games and attractions, bringing joy and excitement to all. With over 200 games, rides, and attractions, guests will have endless opportunities for fun throughout the celebrations. This Eid, Exo Planet City, the exciting new intergalactic space attraction that debuted in Season 29, is a must-visit destination for guests of all ages. The attraction features a series of thrilling activities that invite guests to step into a one-of-a-kind space hub experience, blending cutting-edge technology with immersive storytelling.
Highlights of Exo Planet City include the Infiniti Mirror Maze, the Gravity Vortex, the thrilling 5D Cinema, the Galaxy Hunter, and the Neo Flight Flying Theatre. Other entertainment attractions include the beloved Neon Galaxy X – Challenge Zone, welcoming guests aged 5 and above to engage in fun, interactive games, and the region’s largest House of Fear, designed for thrill-seekers aged 10 and older. The variety of attractions ensures that visitors of all ages will find something that captivates their imagination and enhances their Eid experience.
Performances line-up

On Sunday, 6 April 2025, Global Village will welcome the Icon of the East Assala Nasri on the Main Stage for a highly anticipated musical concert, set to be one of the standout moments of the Eid celebrations.
